In preparing for 2010, I started reading this book. Seems my main two focuses most years are losing weight and getting rid of stuff/organizing.
Normally this time of year I am super excited by the start of a new year. All the possibilties that lie ahead. I can't wait to develop my goals, etc.
Right now all I feel is super stuffed. Probably the pizza I had for lunch. Or the 5lbs I gained this month. It's a toss up.
I am hoping to keep it simple. Maybe focus on 2 goals at a time once their mastered move on to something else. Or do I want/need to set a goal/focus in each major area of my life - health, home, family, finances, spiritual, work etc?
Do you make resolutions, set goals, etc for the new year?

I totally set goals at the beginning of the year. I think this year I am going to do it a little different. I am going to lay out my main goals and then break them down into smaller goals. I am hoping I will actually get a few of them accomplished that way! Good luck with your resolutions!
I am a very goal oriented person (always have been) and so I do set goals for myself every year. I have made tremendous strides in my life thanks to goal setting. I am really going to work on getting my life organized in 2010. In some ways I am super organized, but there is always room for improvement. I also have the forces of nature AKA my dh and sons working against me. ;_
Like this post. 2010 is about decluttering for me as well.
Donating tons of stuff to the women's shelter. REALLY wanting to do a half marathon while I'm 35.
Just breath and relax and not get worked up.
