To Run or Not To Run

Did you know it's National Running Day? The bigger question is, will I get off my lazy bum and do anything to celebrate it?

(Unfortunately sitting in a cube working and sitting in a chair getting my gray covered were my main two activites planned for the day)

    National running day? Darn it. I'm not running but I am going to kayak tonight.

    No way time to run today, running around my store will have to count as my cardio....had to celebrate one of my nephew's birthday's.....at Friendly's. I was a mess.
