As in .1, the difference on the scale this morning. I went from 128 to 127.9. Essentially that's really the same thing but the numbers are moving down and that's the right direction.
As a math teacher I assure you those numbers are very different! lol Down not matter how minor is always better than up (where weight is concerned). Good luck. :)

ReplyDeleteAh, I feel your pain. All of my shorts are just shy of buttoning and it's 115 degrees. Sigh. I guess I should put down the ice cream. :)
